Adult Education & Community Employability Programmes
Adult Education & Community Employability Programmes
Re-engaging adults. Building confidence. Supporting progression.
CareerSculpt delivers practical, learner-centred careers and employability support for adults who are navigating employment, training or career change.
We recognise that adult career journeys are rarely linear and are often shaped by personal, practical or structural barriers. Our work supports adults to build confidence, gain clarity and take realistic next steps towards employment, training or further learning.
We work in partnership with community organisations, adult education providers and local stakeholders to strengthen employability outcomes and support sustained progression.
What We Support Adults With
Informed career choice and decision-making
Career exploration and awareness
Understanding transferable skills and strengths
Aligning choices with local and regional labour-market opportunities
This ensures learners make informed choices that are both aspirational and achievable.
We take a holistic approach to progression, recognising that confidence, wellbeing and access to opportunity all play a role.
Job application support
Creating or improving CVs
Interview preparation and confidence building
Understanding workplace expectations and behaviours
We recognise that adult learners may face a range of barriers that affect their ability to engage with learning or employment. This may include experiences such as long-term unemployment, insecure housing, caring responsibilities, health or confidence-related challenges.
Our role is to support learners to:
Identify individual barriers to employment or learning
Build confidence, motivation and self-belief
Understand available skills development and training pathways
Develop practical strategies to overcome challenges and move forward
Where appropriate, we work alongside partner organisations and local services to support referral and joined-up support, ensuring learners are not navigating barriers alone.
All adult learners receive personalised support shaped around their individual circumstances. This includes:
Identification of short, medium and long-term goals
Clear, manageable action planning
Regular review and reflection
Support to sustain progress over time
This ensures learners are supported not just to take the next step, but to sustain progress over time.
Our Approach
Personalised one-to-one or small-group support
Inclusive, supportive and trauma-informed delivery
Flexible provision designed to fit around real-life commitments
Where learners require English, Maths or digital skills development, we work alongside partners to support appropriate referral and progression into relevant provision.
