Our Approach
CareerSculpt delivery in community settings is:
Outreach-based — we come to you, delivering directly in your setting
Flexible in length, format and pace — adapted to your organisation and participants
Inclusive and accessible — designed to work for everyone regardless of background or ability
Practical and activity-based — engaging, interactive and relevant to real life
Holistic — working alongside your existing support and services
Sensitive and person-centred — meeting people where they are without judgement
We understand that community organisations often work with people who have had negative experiences of formal education and employment services. Our delivery is designed to feel different — accessible, warm and genuinely useful.
Commissioning & Funding
CareerSculpt is committed to growing its work with commissioned and funded community provision. We understand the landscape of community funding — including local authority commissioning, UK Shared Prosperity Fund, NHS and voluntary sector funding streams.
If your organisation is looking for a careers and employability delivery partner for a funded or commissioned programme — we would welcome the conversation.
We can support with:
Delivery of commissioned careers and employability programmes
Evidence and impact reporting aligned to funder requirements
Flexible delivery models that fit within funded provision frameworks
Partnership working with local authorities and commissioning bodies
This is an area CareerSculpt is actively developing, get in touch to discuss how we can support your funded provision.
