We design primary careers and employability education to be interactive, accessible and inclusive for all young people, supporting schools to embed early careers learning in a way that feels natural and developmentally appropriate.

Our delivery supports young people to:

Develop early awareness of different jobs and roles in the community

Make simple links between school subjects — including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and creative industries and real-world applications
