CareerSculpt supports primary schools to introduce careers and the world of work in a positive, inclusive and age-appropriate way — building aspiration, curiosity and confidence from an early age.
We design primary careers and employability education to be interactive, accessible and inclusive for all young people, supporting schools to embed early careers learning in a way that feels natural and developmentally appropriate.
Our delivery supports young people to:
Develop early awareness of different jobs and roles in the community
Understand that everyone has strengths and skills they can grow
Make simple links between school subjects — including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and creative industries and real-world applications
Build confidence talking about what they enjoy and what they are good at
Interactive careers workshops (KS1–KS2)
Career-linked scenarios and creative activities
Challenging gender and background stereotypes
Introducing positive language around skills and strengths
Identifying everyday skills such as teamwork, communication and problem-solving
Exploring how curiosity, creativity and problem-solving link to STEM and creative industry roles
Helping young people recognise that skills are developed over time
Encouraging confidence, curiosity and participation
Age-appropriate introductions to different roles and sectors
Employer insight sessions and world of work awareness activities
Carefully structured encounters that focus on people and purpose, not pressure
All provision is designed to complement the curriculum and fit smoothly into the school day.
We recognise that young people engage and learn in different ways. Our primary school provision is:
Inclusive and accessible
Adaptable for SEND and additional needs
Delivered at an appropriate pace with clear structure and reassurance
This ensures all young people can participate meaningfully and confidently.
Primary careers education supports long-term outcomes by:
Raising aspirations early
Building positive attitudes towards learning and future opportunities
Increasing confidence, engagement and participation
Supporting equality of opportunity from a young age
Delivery supports schools' wider personal development, early careers awareness and curriculum enrichment priorities — aligned with Ofsted's personal development framework and age-appropriate careers guidance.
