CareerSculpt works with special schools and SEND units within mainstream schools to deliver inclusive, person-centred careers and employability education — ensuring every young person has access to high quality careers support that recognises their strengths, aspirations and individual needs.
Our Approach to SEND Delivery
At CareerSculpt we believe every young person — regardless of ability, diagnosis or starting point, deserves access to meaningful careers education that builds confidence, raises aspiration and supports positive futures.
We brings both professional and lived experience to SEND delivery, including direct experience of the Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) process, the importance of person-centred planning and the real impact that the right support at the right time can have on a young person's future.
