CareerSculpt works with alternative provision settings across the UK — delivering flexible, engaging careers and employability education that re-engages young people, builds confidence and supports positive destinations.
About Our Approach
CareerSculpt brings decades of frontline ETE experience to Alternative Provision (AP) delivery, working directly with young people facing complex barriers across local authority, probation, health and social care and welfare to work settings.
We understand the complexity of alternative provision because we've worked alongside these young people and the agencies that support them, not from a textbook, but from years of frontline practice.
That's why our AP delivery is built on trust, relevance and genuine understanding — not generic careers education.
